With the HELIX IK S subwoofers, creating particularly flat and compact enclosure designs is no longer a problem. The extremely shallow mounting depth opens up new installation possibilities without any acoustic compromises. Above all, thanks to the use of large voice coils and the low resonant frequency, the HELIX IK S series delivers an absolutely authoritative bass performance that is in no way inferior to larger woofers.

Meticulously Designed and Clearly Engineered

The extremely torsionally rigid sandwich paper cone, in conjunction with our high-performance drive system, converts amplifier power into powerful sound pressure in no time without compression effects, while also demonstrating sensitivity with subtle beats.
A special feature: The magnet system has a threaded hole on the back, allowing the woofer to be screwed to the rear of the enclosure. Since every millimeter of depth counts in flat designs, cabinet vibrations are effectively reduced even with thin walls. Flexible connection: Available as a 1 x 2 Ohm (SVC2) or 2 x 2 Ohm (DVC2) variant, the right subwoofer specialist can be found for every amplifier configuration to extract maximum performance. "All inclusive" for DIY enthusiasts: In addition to the high-quality cabinet connection terminal with gold-plated screw terminals, a solid protective grille and a cover ring are also included. For optimal bass performance in DIY installations, our technical data sheet includes recommendations for sealed and bass-reflex enclosures with all parameters such as net volume, port tuning frequency, and DSP settings.
