Shipping and Payment

We ship within the EU and to Switzerland.

Delivery within Germany: In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order for deliveries within Germany. Orders with a value of €500.00 or more are shipped free of charge. For cash on delivery payments, additional costs of €4.90 apply, as well as a transmission fee of €2.00, which is collected separately by the delivery service upon delivery.

Deliveries to Austria: In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat shipping fee of €8.90 per order. Orders with a value of €500.00 or more are shipped to Austria free of charge.

Deliveries to other EU countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus): In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat shipping fee of €12.90 per order. Orders with a value of €750.00 or more are shipped free of charge. Cash on delivery is not available.

Deliveries to Switzerland: In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat shipping fee of €18.60 per order for goods with a net value of up to €1,000.00. The goods are supplied without German VAT (19%); taxation in Switzerland is handled by the shipping service provider. Orders with a value of €1,000.00 or more are shipped to Switzerland free of charge. Instead, a fee of €50.00 is charged for preparing the export declaration. Cash on delivery is not available.

Delivery to other countries is available upon request.

All items can also be collected from our store in Denkendorf, subject to availability. In this case, no shipping costs apply.
