The premium sound upgrade kit, specifically designed for your Volkswagen T6 Bulli, fits all variants of the popular T6 generation VW bus. The major advantage of using an 8-channel DSP amplifier, compared to passive operation with a 5-channel amplifier, lies in the ability to adjust each individual speaker. This allows for optimal sound tuning and optimization for each speaker. The kit includes the Alpine VW T6 16cm Plug & Play speaker system (active version), a comprehensive sound deadening package for the front doors, a custom-tuned Helix K8E² subwoofer, and an 8-channel Match Up 8 DSP amplifier with approximately 650 watts RMS power, specifically calibrated for the T6 interior and speaker setup. This amplifier connects to the car radio/navigation system using the included Plug & Play wiring harness, making installation very simple. Only the power cables to the battery and the tweeter wires need to be connected. Play cables must be installed by the user. The subwoofer, based on the Audiotec Fischer Helix K8E², has been modified and fits perfectly into the seat console of a VW T6 bus. It is the best example of how an intelligent interplay between amplifier and speaker, thanks to sophisticated DSP technology, can provide rich, palpable bass pressure in the vehicle, even with extremely compact dimensions. The functionality of any original swivel seat remains unaffected. Included in the package are all mounting hardware for repositioning the original components, as well as receptacles for the original connectors, whose holders must be removed for space reasons.
