By connecting the Match UP8 DSP amplifier with its calibrated DSP signal setup, both the output power and the tonal quality of the factory-installed JBL sound system are significantly increased. The amplifier amplifies the individual channels, corrects weaknesses in the frequency response, and applies vehicle-specific time alignment to the signal, which noticeably improves the soundstage of the overall system. The upgrade amplifier is mounted under the passenger seat and uses the original JBL subwoofer. This makes the installation invisible from the outside. All components are concealed, and the vehicle's everyday usability is not affected.
