The sound upgrade kit, specifically designed for the Smart Fortwo 453 Coupé/Cabriolet, is incredibly easy to install in your Smart with a JBL system. Included is an Audiotec Fischer Match M5.4 5-channel Match DSP amplifier with a sound setup specially calibrated for the Smart interior and approximately 350 watts RMS power. This is connected to the car radio/navigation system using the included plug & play wiring harness and mounted under the driver's seat.

There are several subwoofer options:

-The replacement Bold 6 subwoofer with dual voice coils fits into the JBL enclosure after minor modifications and gives the sound system a remarkable bass foundation. The enclosure remains visually unchanged. This modification can also be carried out by us; simply select the corresponding option in the product selection.

-Alternatively, the kit can be equipped with a PP6 / PP8E-Q or a PP10E-Q. With these woofers, the set achieves even more bass pressure.
