The sound upgrade kit adapted for the BMW i3 is incredibly easy to install in your vehicle. It is suitable for vehicles with factory passive speakers, i.e., without the Harman Kardon system. The kit includes an Audiotec Fischer Match M5.4 5-channel DSP amplifier with a pre-installed high-power sound setup specifically calibrated for the i3 interior, delivering approximately 240 watts RMS power. The DSP amplifier connects to the factory radio using the included plug-and-play wiring harness and is mounted under the rear seat. This kit also includes a vehicle-specific 20cm subwoofer enclosure that can be installed in the double floor of the trunk extension. This space-saving installation provides impressive bass response in the cabin. If you wish to combine this item with our i3 speaker sets (Standard, Advanced, or Premium), please indicate this when ordering. We will then supply the amplifier with the correct sound setup already installed. Truly Plug & Play. Should you later decide to upgrade to one of our speaker systems, you can update the DSP file to get the maximum performance from your speakers.
