POW 160.2 - The second version of our popular POW 160 speaker system seamlessly continues its success story.

The POW 160 and 172 are the absolute top sellers among ETON's 16cm component 2-way car speaker systems. The difference between the two systems has often been questioned, as both systems are almost identical in terms of the woofer, except for the motor. The small but significant difference lies in the tweeter. While the POW 172 has an aluminum-coated dome tweeter, the POW 160 featured a silk dome tweeter. Both systems had more than enough fans, so it's only logical that ETON has now given the POW 160 a substantial facelift and feature enhancements, following the POW 172. The characteristic low impedance remains, resulting in a crisp increase in volume when connected to a head unit and amplifier. This translates into a loud 90 dB for the POW 160.2. Visually, the POW 160.2 rises into the top league thanks to numerous innovations. The basket is now coated in "satin black," a redesigned base plate in the RSE design enhances its appeal, as do the color-printed dome and the rubber cap – all in the unique ETON design. The diaphragm, made of a glass/paper sandwich construction, offers excellent rigidity at a low weight, and a new magnet ensures exhilarating performance. Clean and powerful bass, along with crystal-clear treble without harshness, make the POW 160.2 the logical next step in the evolution of the POW 160.
