The clever down-firing design ensures even bass distribution throughout the entire interior. The vehicle floor acts as an acoustic reflector, intensifying the low-frequency effect, protecting the speaker, and allowing for a flatter design. Combined with bass-reflex technology and the powerful 250 mm driver, this creates a punchy bass experience with impressive dynamics – all while making efficient use of space.

With extremely flat cabinet designs, intelligent construction solutions are essential to effectively prevent disruptive vibrations. In the IK ES10.1-DVC2, the subwoofer's magnet system is screwed directly to the rear panel of the cabinet, thus providing additional bracing. The cabinet houses the exceptionally slim 250 mm IK S10-DVC2 driver with a high-power dual voice coil and an extremely rigid sandwich paper cone. This combination effortlessly converts amplifier power into rich sound pressure while simultaneously delivering precise reproduction of the finest bass nuances. Flexible Connection: The dual voice coil woofer design offers considerable flexibility in terms of amplifier choice. Whether 1 x 4 ohms, 2 x 2 ohms, or 1 x 1 ohm impedance – every configuration is possible with these deep bass specialists. Robust, well-designed, and easy to install. The housing, covered in durable needle felt with an embroidered HELIX logo, is not only visually appealing but also robust enough for everyday use. The feet with Velcro straps guarantee a secure hold in the vehicle. The pluggable screw terminal significantly simplifies installation – and allows for quick removal of the subwoofer, for example, if more space is needed. The detachable connector reliably protects against short circuits, as no open cable ends remain in the vehicle.
