The HELIX COMPOSE i5 series bridges the gap between the Helix i7 and the Helix i3, created for discerning music lovers with a burning ambition for a true hi-fi experience. A fusion of phenomenal sound and unparalleled practicality: Developed with the vision of unique loudspeaker highlights that are also true problem solvers. The impedances of all loudspeakers are perfectly matched to our HELIX and MATCH amplifiers, guaranteeing maximum performance and power output at all times. Furthermore, we have implemented our COMPOSE-exclusive mechanical technologies, which offer unparalleled practical benefits.

A key component of this versatility is the precisely manufactured phase plug, which not only reduces mechanical compression and promotes more even sound dispersion, but also significantly improves impulse response in the upper midrange. Color-matched to the tweeter dome of the Ci5 T25FM-CA, it also creates a harmonious visual unity – ideal for sophisticated overall designs that are both sonically and aesthetically cohesive. The extremely rigid, yet lightweight paper cone is coated with a high-quality silicate layer, ensuring an impressively low resonant frequency while simultaneously extending the midrange and treble response. This results in an all-rounder that impresses in every discipline with precision, dynamics, and a clear focus on musical expression.

High-Tech Polymer Composite Basket

All HELIX COMPOSE i3, i5, and i7 speaker baskets are made of a high-tech polymer composite material, which is additionally reinforced with glass beads. The result: maximum stability with minimal resonance, while also eliminating flux modulation of the magnet system and ensuring maximum resistance to thermal influences. Finally, this allows for significantly more compact basket dimensions and thus simplified installation in confined spaces.

FlexMount165 – Universal Meets Vehicle-Specific

FlexMount is a mounting system based on specially developed adapter rings, which enables the installation of COMPOSE FlexMount speakers in a virtually unlimited number of vehicles. This transforms the universal speaker into a vehicle-specific speaker in no time, which can be easily and acoustically optimized for installation in the original mounting position of any vehicle using the appropriate FlexMount Ring. ProConnect – The new industry standard. Our innovative ProConnect terminal reflects the new industry standard: It is a professional, automotive connector designed for a secure connection with our WireKits, but also allows the use of conventional speaker cables as well as vehicle-specific adapter cables via flat connectors, thus offering maximum flexibility when designing your sound system upgrade. Furthermore, the connection is locked, offers reverse polarity protection, and is electrically and mechanically robust.
